Description of two axes MOTION CONTROL CARD:
The JMC2410 is a 4 axes motion control card with PCI interface. It can control stepping motor and receive pulse directive.
JMC-2410 uses one ASIC chip to support linear interpolation of hardware, parameter counting, acceleration/deceleration and multi-axes linear interpolation. It can reduce the load of computer system. The process of getting the signal is completed by the hardware with a high speed. It supports position compare function. When meet the compare condition, it will create compare output signal and cause interrupt.
JMC-2410 can receive the encoder signal, and support the position latch function. When the latch signal is sent, the current position of encoder is gotten and can will cause interrupt.
JMC-2410 provide the board number setting function, when the user set the board number, the serial number of the 4 axes is determinate. This will avoid the BIOS search control card automatically and will not meet the problem of setting number again when PCI interface is not connected well.
MotionPannel program can support the user to debug the motion control system; Besides, we also provide the DELL Dynamic Linkable Library to let the user do the second development. The user can do the motion control development by C/C++, Visual Basic.
